Shipping for refund or service: |
If you are returning merchandise for a refund,
you must contact ECCI first to obtain returned merchandise authorization (RMA) prior to
shipment. If you do not do this, you may not be properly credited for
the return.
If you are sending items to ECCI for
service, you must also contact ECCI prior to shipping to obtain a service
authorization.
